Are you looking for the opportunity to explore a new lifestyle that can inspire you to bring positive change into your life? This immersion is the right place for you!
During our time together, you will be able to experience living close to the rhythms of nature and in tune with those of your body, day after day. Over the last decade, I have dedicated my life to creating a daily routine that allows me to live up to who I am, respecting my body and being in touch with the elements. Knowing what it feels like to live in this way, I want to share it with you and support you in creating the same fr yourself!

The program
This is what our typical daily schedule will look like:

8 - 9.30 am Yoga and meditation practice

9.30 - 10.30 am Home made breakfast

10.30 am - 1 pm Free time (optional surfing or 1:1 mentoring sessions)

1 - 2 pm Lunch

3 - 6 pm Afternoon workshops and activities (read below)

7 - 8 pm Dinner

8 pm onwards Occasional evening activities (Film screening, fires, evening workshops, Q&A sessions)
Afternoon workshops include permaculture and gardening, personal development activities focused at finding your purpose, surfing and sharing circles.
During the immersion, you will also be able to book extra 1:1 mentoring sessions for personal development.
The Facilitator
Eduardo Terzidis is a permaculture teacher and consultant, a writer and a yoga teacher. As an engineer, he wanted to help the world, yet he felt the need to “be out there”, learning and sharing with the very people who seek the same change he envisioned. At the core of his work is the understanding that global change needs to be carried from the inside out, recognising the intricate web of which we are part and being able to play our role in support of all life. Today he focuses on water management and agroforestry for mediterranean climate, he teaches courses and provides 1:1 sessions to individuals to support them in manifesting their mission and dreams.
Cost

We ask for a 200 EUR non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to hold your space, with final payments are due in cash on the first day of the live part of the course.
