What does a Classic Ocean & Yoga Retreat look like?


Imagine to start your day with a meditation practice, returning to your inner silence, on a beautiful Yoga deck overlooking the Native Forest. Spend the morning in silence, enjoying a healthy organic breakfast and prepare for a transformative Yoga and somatic movement exploration. Classes are suitable for any level and our aim is to create a safe space for you to drop inside, find your inner strength and reconnect to the vital flow within you. 


After our morning session you will be served a healthy superpower lunch cooked with love, with most ingredients coming from our garden. You will then have time to relax, go for a walk, book a massage or join an optional surf session....


Afternoons will be spent in Nature or in one of our Nature Reconnection workshops. These will be a space for us to explore our interconnectedness to the web of life and to learn about inner and outer ecology.  Emilia and me will guide you through a journey to reawaken your sense of wonder and joy for the world you live in. You have the opportunity to connect to nature, listen to its guidance and rediscover the deep connection you have with all beings. 


In the evening you will be guided through a nourishing yoga session that will allow our bodies to soften and dive into the present moment.


Our dinner will be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the sunset and sharing life stories and inspiring conversation with people from all over the world. 

Why do we offer this Ocean & Yoga retreat? 


The intention of our retreat is to help you find a sense of grounding, space and inner freedom. By reconnecting to the wisdom of our bodies and the rhythm of the natural world it is easier to soften our barriers barriers towards life and to accept ourselves more. Movement, meditation, relaxation and spending time in nature are all wonderful tools to access a deeper sense of joy and trust, allowing our minds and bodies to let go of unnecessary tensions.


Part of the uniqueness of this retreat is that you will get to not only reawaken to your truest Self but remember that you are part of an intricate web of life. Prepare yourself to listen to Nature more deeply and learn how to respect and honour it. 


Expect to have fun, reawaken the playfulness of your inner child and return to the fire of your creativity.

9:45 – 12:00 Yoga & Somatic Movement Workshop on the yoga deck

13:30 – 16:00 Chill out time
16:00 – 18:30 Ocean Excursions & Nature Reconnection Workshops, or Yoga Relax sessions & sound journey
19:00 Healthy, homemade dinner & evening specials such as campfires or beach picnics
