Soul to Soil Retreat
Yoga, Permaculture, Herbalism, Personal Development and Regenerative Living
With Sarah Wu and Eduardo Terzidis
April 5th – 9th, 2022
Costa Rica

Overview
The Soul to Soil retreat is 5 days retreat to help you reconnect to an authentic way of living, remembering of the interconnectedness that we embody and learning how to express it in our daily lives. Principles of Permaculture, Herbalism and Yoga will be integrated in daily practices, seminars, workshops and hands on activities with the aim of exploring new ways of being in a changing world, bridging the remembering of the ancient with the creation of the new.
This retreat is open to everyone, as there is no beginner when it comes to reconnecting to our truest selves. All that is needed is a yearning for reconnection and curiosity to meet new ways of being, new people and new experiences.
Communicating with the land, you will be immersed in ecological living and transformative learning embraced by the wild tropical forest. Each day we will practice yoga, meditation and rituals to connect to our bodies and the natural rhythms. During late mornings and afternoons, you will experience permaculture living through seminars and activities, learning what it means to live a regenerative life on this Earth. Sarah will bring you into the magical world of herbal medicine, diving into the practice of working with medicinal plants for health, wellbeing and seasonal ritual, while Eduardo will guide you through a process of understanding how to find your role in the world through some personal development activities.

As an engineer, he wanted to help the world, yet he felt the need to “be out there”, learning and sharing with the very people who seek the same change he envisioned. At the core of his work is the understanding that global change needs to be carried from the inside out, recognising the intricate web of which we are part and being able to play our role in support of all life.
